1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the Telegram bot RecraftArtBot (hereinafter referred to as the “Bot”).

By using the Bot, you confirm that you have read the terms of this Policy and agree to the processing of your data in the manner described below.

2. Data Collection and Processing

We collect the following data:

  • Telegram User ID — for identifying the user in the Bot.
  • User’s First and Last Name as Specified in Telegram — for personalizing the service.

Information about requests and generation results is not stored on the Administration’s servers but may be processed by the third-party Recraft API service that the Bot interacts with.

3. Data Processing Purposes

The collected data is used solely for:

  • Ensuring the operation of the Bot and providing its functions.
  • Supporting users.
  • Fulfilling obligations to users (for example, awarding stars).

4. Data Storage

The Administration does not store data about requests and generation results.
Telegram ID and the user’s name are stored on Telegram’s side and are used only to ensure the Bot’s operation.

5. Data Transfer to Third Parties

Your data is not transferred to third parties, except:

  • The use of Recraft API for image processing.
  • Requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Data Protection

We take all reasonable measures to protect your data, including:

  • Using secure data transmission channels.
  • Minimizing the volume of processed data.

However, the Administration is not responsible for data leaks caused by Telegram or Recraft API.

7. User Rights

You have the right to:

  • Know what data about you is being processed.
  • Request the deletion of your data (for this, contact support).
  • Stop using the Bot at any time.

8. Changes to the Policy

The Administration reserves the right to change this Policy. The new version comes into effect upon its publication in the Bot.
