User Agreement

1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the relationship between the Administration of the RecraftAI ImageGen service (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) and the users of the Telegram bot RecraftArtBot (hereinafter referred to as the “Bot”).

By using the Bot, you confirm that you have read the terms of this Agreement and fully agree with them.

3. Governing Law

The Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. Main Functions of the Bot

The Bot provides the following services:

  • Image generation.
  • Background removal.
  • Image vectorization.
  • Image quality enhancement.
  • Participation in referral and partner programs.

5. Processing of User Data

When using the Bot, the Administration collects the following data:

  • Telegram User ID.
  • User’s first and last name as specified in Telegram.

The Administration does not store information about user requests and generation results on its servers. However, data related to image processing may be stored by the third-party Recraft API service that the Bot interacts with.

The collected data is used solely for the operation of the Bot and improving the provided services.

6. User Rights and Obligations

The user has the right to:

  • Use the Bot’s functions in accordance with its purpose.
  • Receive support regarding the Bot’s operation through Recraft Support.
  • Stop using the Bot at any time.

The user is obliged to:

  • Provide accurate information when paying for services.
  • Not use the Bot for illegal or prohibited activities.
  • Comply with this Agreement.

7. Administration Rights and Obligations

The Administration has the right to:

  • Temporarily or permanently suspend the Bot’s operation for technical maintenance.
  • Make changes to the Bot’s functionality, this Agreement, or the Privacy Policy.
  • Block access to the Bot for users who violate the terms of the Agreement.

The Administration is obliged to:

  • Ensure the Bot operates normally.
  • Protect user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • Process user requests within reasonable timeframes.

8. Refund Conditions

Refunds are possible under the following conditions:

  • Stars from the paid tariff have not been used.
  • No more than 90 days have passed since the purchase.

To request a refund, the user must provide the information specified in the Refund section. The refund is processed according to the payment method and may include commission deductions (for cryptocurrency transactions).

9. Liability of the Parties

The Administration is not liable for:

  • Interruptions in the Bot’s operation caused by technical failures.
  • Actions of third-party services, such as Recraft API.
  • Errors made by the user during payment.

The user is responsible for providing accurate information and complying with the terms of the Agreement.

10. Final Provisions

This Agreement comes into effect upon the start of using the Bot. Issues not regulated by this Agreement are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
