- Telegram Stars accept payments from most countries, but not all.
- Payments from Russia are only available for Russian cards.

Yes, a user can generate a payment link and send it to you to make the payment. If you want to make it a surprise, you can make the purchase on your own account and then contact support so that we can transfer your stars to another user.
